No. Like all investments, there are risks. However, land historically appreciates, and our cooperative business model is designed for long-term sustainability and member benefit.
Cooperative shares are typically held long-term. However, we're developing a secondary market to allow members to transfer shares if needed.
Land Guardian and Visionary Partner tiers include voting rights. All members receive quarterly reports and can attend community meetings.
Members are welcome to visit during open community events. Visionary Partners receive VIP access and can schedule private tours.
